                                  STAFF ACHIEVEMENTS






         1     Dr. S. Vinod Kumar, Associate Professor, and Dr. T. Amudha, Assistant
               Professor,  from  the  Department  of  Chemical  Engineering,  have

               successfully  completed  a  two-week  training  program  organized  by

               the Centre for Engineering Education Excellence (CEEE) at IIT Bombay.

               This prestigious program aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness

               and engineering education practices, provided valuable insights into
               modern  pedagogical  techniques,  instructional  design,  and  active

               learning  strategies.  Their  participation  and  successful  completion

               reflect the department’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence

               and faculty development.



        2      Dr. K. Sampath, Dr. S. Rajesh, Dr. A. Sathish, Dr. Karthick, and Dr. D.
               Joel  Jebadurai  from  the  Department  of  Management  Studies

               successfully  completed  a  five-day  faculty  internship  at  Accuracy

               Infotech, Chennai, from 15th to 20th June 2025. During the program,

               the  faculty  members  gained  hands-on  experience  in  ERP  software

               solutions  relevant  to  HR,  Marketing,  International  Business,
               Operations  and  Supply  Chain  Management.  This  industry-oriented

               learning  initiative  aimed  to  enhance  their  practical  knowledge  and

               strengthen  the  integration  of  ERP  applications  into  academic

               instruction.



        3      Mr. Aravinth, Dr. R. Nadanasabai, Dr. Balamurugan, Dr. S. Vinod, and
               Dr.  Arokkiaraj  from  the  Department  of  Management  Studies

               successfully  completed  a  five-day  faculty  internship  at  Bruhat

               Logistics,  Chennai,  from  23rd  to  27th  June  2025.  The  internship

               provided  valuable  exposure  to  real-time  logistics  and  supply  chain

               operations, enriching their understanding of industry practices. This
               initiative supports the department’s commitment to bridging the gap

               between academia and industry through experiential learning.
