Ms.Latha Selvi, Dean School of Computing , Naresh Kumar M, a
student from the Department of Information Technology 2026 batch,
successfully filed a patent titled "Statueist: A Secure AI-Powered
Device for Hindu Temple Sculpture Recognition and Information
Retrieval"..
This achievement highlights the innovative application of AI in
cultural heritage preservation and demonstrates the institution’s
commitment to fostering research and intellectual property

development.

Ms. Latha Selvi G, Dean of the School of Computing with Mr. Abdhur
Rahman and Ms. Nandhini, Assistant Professors from the

Department of Information Technology, successfully filed a patent

titled "Agentic AI-Based Mental Health Assistant with Multimodal

Emotional Intelligence."
