On June 15, 2025, Hexaware
Technologies' Associate Software
Engineer, Ms. Sruthi A (Batch 2020–
2024), delivered an online alumni talk to
113 ECE students. She detailed
Hexaware's recruitment process (resume,
written, communication, coding,
interviews) and post-hiring training.
Students gained practical advice on
placement readiness, including resume
building, time management, and
interview skills.
Nithish Thilai Rajan N, an alumnus
from the 2022 batch department of
Information Technology and currently
working as a Software Development
Engineer II at Sagent M&C Pvt Ltd,
delivered an insightful session for the
final year students on his experience of
facing placement interviews at Mr.
Cooper.
The session provided students with
practical strategies, interview
preparation tips, and real-world
expectations, helping them gain clarity
and confidence for their own
placement journey.
