Student Achievements

In a remarkable achievement, Mr. Sam Dainal, Mr.
Salesh Priyan, and Mr. Lewyn from the Department of
Chemical Engineering at St. Joseph's College of
Engineering clinched the first prize in the paper
presentation (oral) at the recent national-level inter-
university seminar organized by Annamalai University.
Their innovative presentation on "Real-time Water
Quality Monitoring: IoT-enabled System" impressed
the judges, highlighting the cutting-edge work being
done in the field of chemical engineering.
Mr. Surendar G.R, a first-year ECE student, won
first place and received a reward of ₹3,000 in the
Bugsmash event at the International Technical
Symposium, Pinnacle '25. The event was organized
by the Department of Information Technology,
Easwari Engineering College, Chennai, on
22/02/2025.
Mr. Shyam Krithik A and Ms. Waseela Fathima
KS, first-year students from the Department of
Chemical Engineering, received a Certificate of
Excellence for securing first place in the Task
and Tell event. The award was presented by Sri
Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE),
Tamil Nadu, as part of PANSOPHY'25, a
National Level Technical Symposium organized
by the Department of Chemical Engineering on
22nd February 2025.
