The students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering had the privilege of
visiting Amazon Bangalore as part of an industrial visit, offering them a unique chance to
explore the tech giant’s innovative work culture and cutting-edge advancements. During the

visit, the students participated in the AWS PartyRock event, where they showcased their
technical prowess by creating interactive web applications on the AWS PartyRock platform.
The students excelled in the competition and were honored with awards for their
outstanding efforts, bringing pride to the department and highlighting their exceptional
skills.

Duing the event, the Azure AI Innovation Challenge 2024 was conducted, where Dhyana SK

and Sharmistha S secured a position among the Top 5. Certificates and a LinkedIn Business
Premium voucher worth ₹14,999 were awarded to them for their achievement. Additionally,
AI-based quiz was also organized offline at the event, where Dhyana SK won third place. She
was presented with exclusive Microsoft goodies for her performance in the quiz.
