Networking
As part of the Industry Interaction Initiative, Dr. Elavarasan and Mrs.
Shoba, Assistant Professors of the Department of Information
Technology, met with Mr. Sree Hari Nagarajan, CEO of Chakra
Network, to discuss network monitoring and management, and
providing internships in the Machine Learning and Networking
domains. They also engaged with Ms. Kalpana, Senior Manager at
Aqfer India Private Ltd, who agreed to offer placements to students
through a selection interview process. This collaboration is expected
to enhance industry-academic partnerships and provide valuable
practical experience for students. The outcome signifies a promising
step towards strengthening the department's ties with industry
leaders and creating new opportunities for student development.
