Guest Lecture on "21st Century Skills: An Industrial Perspective"
On 26, September 2024, a guest lecture on "21st Century Skills: An Industrial

Perspective" was conducted at the AV Hall, Central Library for the first-year
CSE students. The session was delivered by Mr. Balaji Saravanan, a Software

Developer at LTI Mindtree and a distinguished alumnus of the 2018-2022
batch. During the session, Mr. Saravanan shared valuable insights on the
essential skills required to thrive in today's industrial environment,

emphasizing adaptability, technical proficiency, and continuous learning. He
also highlighted how modern industries are evolving and the importance of
both technical and soft skills in securing a successful career.
