Professor / AML Scheme (2023-2024).

On October 14, 2024, a comprehensive study was conducted for Tamilnadu
governewment project by MBA faculty and students - to evaluate the Special
Incentive Scheme aimed at promoting literacy among Scheduled Caste girls in
Standards III to V and VI to VIII. The project covered several blocks in Thanjavur,
including Thanjavur Rural, Orthanadu, Papanasam, Thiruvaiyar, Ammapettai,
and Vallam.
The data collection was carried out by a dedicated team composed of faculty
members Dr. Menaga, Dr. Subalays, Dr. Balamurgan, and Dr. Rajesh, along with
students Keerthana, Mathumitha, Pranthi, Attchaya, Thulasimani, Vardharaj, and
Vasudevan from the 3rd and 4th Integrated MBA. Their collaborative efforts
contributed to gaining valuable insights into the scheme's effectiveness in
improving educational outcomes.
