4 Dr. P. Saravanan, Dr. N. R. Rajagopalan, Dr. B. Subash, Dr. S. M. Prakash
and Mr. Kaleel Mohamed Ibrahim S from the Department of Science

successfully participated in the Professional Development Programme on
"Industry 4.0 - Concepts & Applications" organized by the National
Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chennai,

held from 07th to 11th April 2025 through online mode. The programme
comprised 20 notional learning hours.

5 Dr. P. Saravanan, Associate Professor and Head, took part in the 2nd
International Beyşehir Gastronomy Culture and Tourism Congress, held
on April 25–26, 2025, at Beyşehir Ali Akkanat Vocational School, Selcuk

University, Konya, Türkiye. He delivered an oral presentation entitled
"Different Types of Nanomaterials Commonly Used in Food Packaging,

Film Formation Techniques, and Recent Advances in Their Applications."

6 Dr. S. Rama, Assistant Professor in the Department of Science, has
published an Indian research patent titled "Hybrid Nanostructured

Surface for Solar-Driven Chemical Processes," released on April 18, 2025.

7 C. Quba Jaslin, Assistant Professor, from Department of AML, has
published a Patent titled “AI DRIVEN RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM FOR E-

COMMERCE PLATFORMS” with application number: 202541027392 A,
dated : 25.04.2025
