IEEE Returning Mother’s Conference,

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, in association with the IEEE St.

Joseph’s College of Engineering Student Branch Chapter and the IEEE Returning Mother’s

Conference, organized the Returning Mother’s Day Celebration on 26th September 2026.

The event was dedicated to honoring and recognizing the invaluable contributions of
female employees who have returned to work after their pregnancy and childbirth

journey. As part of the celebration, Mrs. M. Selvarani, Senior Lead Consultant at Bosch

Global Software Technologies, conducted a workshop on work-life balance, sharing
insights on managing professional and personal responsibilities effectively. A yoga

session led by Mahalaxmi, III-EEE student, promoted relaxation and well-being, while the

event also acknowledged the dedicated service of the institution’s mess workers and

sweepers, making the celebration both inspiring and meaningful.
