23 Dr. S. Manikandan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Science,
took part in the ANRF-sponsored National Workshop cum Hands-on
Training on “Crystal Growth, Characterization and Applications”,
organized by the SSN Research Centre, SSN College of Engineering, in
collaboration with the Indian Association for Crystal Growth,
conducted on 22–23 December 2025.
24 Dr. P. Krishnan, Associate Professor, Department of Science, has been
appointed as a Member of the Doctoral Committee for the Ph.D
scholar Mr. Suresh E, working under the supervision of Dr. M.
Jayachandiran, Velammal Engineering College, Chennai – 600066, at
the Centre for Research, Anna University, Chennai.
25 Dr. P. Krishnan, Associate Professor, Department of Science,
successfully participated in and completed the AICTE Training and
Learning (ATAL) Academy Faculty Development Programme on “Clean
Energy Technologies and Innovations in India: A Vision for Viksit
Bharat @2047”, conducted at IIITDM Kurnool, from 22 to 27 December
2025.
26 Dr. S. Rama, Assistant Professor, Department of Science, successfully
participated in and completed the six-day Faculty Development
Programme on “Emerging Materials and Advanced Technologies for
Sustainability (EMATS’25)”, organized by the Department of
Mechanical Engineering, Vel Tech Multi Tech Dr. Rangarajan Dr.
Sakunthala Engineering College, held from 22 to 27 December 2025.
