The Department of Management Studies convened an Alumni Lecture titled

"Acquiring Competencies to Attain Managerial Roles" on January 28, 2025.

Our esteemed alumni, Ms. Janet Ann Maria S, Human Resources at

Altimetrik, and Mr. George Benciker M, Human Resources at Deloitte,

elucidated key insights to the students on this matter. They provided the

students with a comprehensive understanding of the competitive nature of the

job market and delineated the additional skill sets that are imperative for

students to enhance their capabilities in order to thrive amidst the

competition.
