                                       Dr.  N.  Arunkumar,  Dean  -  Industrial  Collaboration  and

                                       IQAC,  Dr.  K.  Arun,  Associate  Professor  -  Mechanical

                                       Engineering had visited Brakes India Private Limited, Padi

                                       and interacted with Manger - HR for possible internship,

                                       placement, consultancy and expertise/knowledge sharing.




                                       Mrs.Dr.Anitha,  a  faculty  member  of  the  Department  of

                                       Artificial  Intelligence  and  Machine  Learning,  offered  a

                                       guest lecture opportunity to iStudio Technologies Explore,

                                       Chennai,  on  January  31st.  Based  on  their  performance,

                                       selected candidates may receive a paid internship in the AI

                                       domain.  This  collaboration  aims  to  enhance  students'

                                       practical  knowledge  and  bridge  the  gap  between

                                       academia and industry.




                                       Dr.  M  Chamundeeswari  from  the  Department  of

                                       Biotechnology,  has  attended  Professional  development

                                       program  on  Effective  funding  and  consultancy  proposal

                                       writing at “National institute of technical teacher training

                                       and research, Chennai from 27/01/2024 to 31/01/2024.



                                         The  VENTURE  VISION  -  Idea  pitching  event  for  II  ECE

                                         students was held on January 29th, 2025. The event aimed

                                         to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among second-

                                         year      Electronics       and      Communication           Engineering

                                         students.  Participants  presented  their  ideas  focused  on

                                         solving  real-world  challenges  through  technology.  The

                                         pitches  were  evaluated  based  on  creativity,  feasibility,

                                         and  technical  depth.  A  diverse  range  of  ideas  was

                                         presented, including advancements in IoT, communication

                                         systems, and wearable tech.
