Staff Achievements
1 Dr. Chandrasatheesh C, Assistant Professor from the Department of
Science, successfully completed the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL)
Academy Faculty Development Program on "Empowering Educators:
Advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Its Applications in Computer
Science" at Sri Mittapalli College of Engineering from February 10, 2025,
to February 15, 2025.
2 Ms. M.R. Archana Jenis from Department of computer science and
engineering has been awarded a Certificate of Reviewing for her valuable
contributions as a reviewer at the 1st International Conference on
Sustainable Communication, Machine Intelligence, and Metaverse
(SCMIM 2025). The conference was held at MCKV Institute of
Engineering, Howrah, India, on February 7th – 8th, 2025, and was
technically supported by Springer
3 Ms. Steffina Morin L., Assistant Professor, Department of Computer
Science and Engineering published an Indian Patent titled "Comparison
of Machine Learning Algorithms for Wind Speed Classification in
Renewable Energy Systems” on 07 February 2025.
4 Ms. Shiny R M, Assistant professor, Department of computer science and
engineering has presented a research paper titled "A Hybrid Deep
Learning Approach for Early Detection of Diabetic Retinopathy" at the
3rd International Conference on Electronics and Renewable Systems
(ICEARS-2025) organized by St.Mother Theresa Engineering College on
11-13 ,February 2025
5 Dr. Tamizhselvi A, Professor in the Department of Information
Technology, successfully participated in a six-day workshop titled
"Exploring the Future: Applications of Generative AI Tools in Education
and Research." The workshop was organized by the Department of Data
Science and Business Systems at SRM Institute of Science and
Technology, Kattankulathur, from February 10 to 15, 2025.
