Mr. Ashok kumar from IT department

attented to days workshop began with an
introduction to Agile and Scrum, where an

    experienced Agile coach explained core

    principles like iterative development,

    continuous improvement, and customer
    satisfaction. We explored the Scrum

    framework, including key roles—Product

    Owner, Scrum Master, and Development

    Team—and essential ceremonies like
    Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint

    Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

A hands-on exercise allowed us to simulate a Scrum team, experiencing Agile in action.

On the second day, a certified GCP expert introduced us to Google Cloud Platform (GCP),

covering core services such as Compute Engine, Storage, and Database. We deployed a

web application on GCP, explored the GCP Console, and learned how to manage resources
and monitor performance. The workshop provided a solid foundation in Agile practices

and cloud computing through interactive learning and practical exercises.
