Design Thinking Workshop
Design Thinking Workshop
The Design Thinking Workshop was successfully conducted at St. Joseph’s College of
Engineering, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and ISTE
Student Council. This workshop aimed to equip students with problem-solving skills
using the design thinking approach, encouraging them to develop innovative and user-
centric project ideas. Date: 24th & 25th February 2025, Venue: Placement Block, St.
Joseph’s College of Engineering, Guest Speakers: StratSchool founders, Mr. Dinesh
Kannaa and Mr. Baranikumar Gowrisankaran,
Key Outcomes
Developed problem-solving skills using the design thinking approach.
Generated innovative and user-centric project ideas for hackathons.
Learned to prototype and validate their ideas effectively.
The workshop proved to be a transformative experience, preparing students for future
hackathons and real-world challenges. We look forward to seeing them apply these skills
in their careers and innovative projects.
