16 Dr.B. Amutha, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics &
English, Dr. S. Aruna, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics &

English, have jointly published three patents “Cryptography & Security

Novel Prime Factorization Algorithm for Secure Encryption”.

17 Dr. S. Manikandan, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Science,
has published a research patent titled "Innovative Methods for Utilizing

Bismuth Ferrite Nanoparticles in Functional Nanochannels for Various
Applications," which was published on February 28, 2025.

18 Dr. Uma Devi A has published a research patent titled "High-Efficiency
Thermoelectric Converter for Medical and Industrial Energy Harvesting

Applications," which was officially published on February 14, 2025.

19 Dr. P. Saravanan, Head & Associate Professor in the Department of

Chemistry at St. Joseph's College of Engineering, Chennai, Tamil Nadu,
received a Certificate of Recognition for his valuable presence and

contribution as a Conference Chair at the Second International

Conference on Futuristic Trends in Science, Engineering, and

Management (ICFTSEM-II) - 2025. The conference was jointly

organized by the Department of Business Administration, St. Xavier’s

College of Management & Technology (SXCMT), Patna, India, and
Global Conference Hub, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and took place

on February 27th & 28th, 2025.

20 Dr. P. Saravanan, Dr. J. Sharmila, Dr. P. Krishnan, Dr. Uma Devi A, Dr. S.
Suresh, and Dr. G. Sasikumar, faculty members from the Department of

Science, have successfully attended the One Week National Level Faculty
Development Program on AI Tools organized by St. Joseph’s College of

Engineering, in collaboration with Brainovision Solutions India Pvt Ltd

and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), held from 17th

to 21st February 2025.
