On August 19, 2024. The event, "Voices

of IEEE," featured Dr. Joseph Wei, a

distinguished IEEE Board Member and

expert in "tech for the elderly." Dr. Wei

delivered an insightful talk on the "IEEE
Journey from Students to Professionals

and the Benefits of Volunteering,"

sharing his experiences and advice on

transitioning from student roles to

professional careers. He emphasized

how active involvement in IEEE can

enhance career opportunities and

provide valuable professional

development.

On August 20, 2024, featuring Mrs. Leslie
Martinich, an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer and

Founder of Competitive Focus. The session, held

via Zoom, focused on "The Future of Work:

Engaged Leaders and Empowered Teams,"

providing insights into leadership and team

dynamics. Mrs. Martinich's presentation

emphasized the importance of adapting leadership

strategies and empowering teams in the evolving

work environment.
