FENESTRA 2025
The Department of Management Studies,
St. Joseph’s College of Engineering,
successfully organized FENESTRA 2025,
its flagship management fest, with
overwhelming participation and
enthusiasm. This year’s edition witnessed
the active involvement of 350 students
from 33 colleges across the state, making
it one of the most vibrant and competitive
fests in recent times. The One-day event
featured a diverse range of competitions
such as KBB, BANKLYST, BLURBSPRINT,
INVENZIONE, TACKLE TALKIES each
designed to test the intellectual,
analytical, and creative skills of budding
managers. The energy, innovative ideas,
and leadership qualities displayed by the
participants created an engaging and
inspiring atmosphere throughout the fest.
The valedictory ceremony marked a fitting
conclusion, with winners being felicitated
for their exceptional performances. The
event not only celebrated talent but also
provided a valuable platform for
networking, collaboration, and knowledge
exchange among students from different
institutions. With its resounding success,
FENESTRA 2025 reaffirmed its role as a
true “window of opportunities,”
encouraging students to think critically,
act decisively, and lead confidently in the
ever-evolving business world.
