VALUE ADDED COURSE

Personality Enrichment Programme

The Department of Management Studies, St.
Joseph’s College of Engineering, organized a Value
Added Course on Personality Enrichment

Programme for the 1st Year MBA (Section A)
students from 15th to 18th September 2025. The
sessions focused on enhancing students’ personal

and professional development skills. Expert
trainers engaged the participants through
interactive lectures, group discussions, and

practical activities that emphasized
communication skills, confidence building, and
teamwork. The programme continues to serve as a

platform for MBA students to gain essential life
skills and prepare themselves for future corporate
challenges.

The ECE department a "Value-Added Course"
for its third and fourth-year students from

September 15th to September 19th, 2025. The
program, in partnership with Sysan's, Pantech
Solutions, Emcog Solutions, and IQmath,
provided practical training in four key areas:

Artificial Intelligence & Deep Learning for
developing smart systems, Image Processing &

Machine Learning using Computer Vision for
building vision-based applications, PCB Design
& Enclosure Design for High-Frequency

Electronic Products for mastering hardware
design, and Embedded C with RTOS and IoT for
creating connected smart devices. This course

was designed to give students hands-on
experience and prepare them for modern
technological challenges.
