STUDENT CHAPTER ACTIVITY
The Department of Mechanical Engineering’s IEI
Student Chapter organized an online webinar on
Surface Modelling in CATIA on June 22nd from
8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We were honored to host
Mr. Arockya Marklinse U, a Design Engineer at
Karuvi Power Tools (GET – Design Team) and a
distinguished alumnus from the 2020–2024
batch, as our guest speaker. With his valuable
industry experience, he provided insights into
advanced surface modelling techniques in
CATIA, helping students bridge the gap
between academic learning and real-world
design practices.

Placement Talk" for "Final year"
students of batch 2022-2026 for
"Zoho" placement. The speakers

from batch 2019-2023 for
motivating and guiding the
students to achieve there goals.
