Seminar

The Department of Biotechnology, organized a seminar on “SDG Goals and
Environmental Societal Governance Frameworks” on 02 February 2026 at the XII
Block Conference Hall, with support from the Department of Science and
Technology (DST), Government of India, under the WISE-KIRAN scheme. The session

was handled by Ms. P. Mohanapriya, Research Scholar, who explained the
importance of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and environmental
governance frameworks. The seminar enhanced students’ awareness of
sustainability and social responsibility.

CSI - STUDENT CAHPTER

Department of Computer Science and Engineering in
association with the Computer Society of India (CSI) –
Kancheepuram Student Chapter organized a Guest Lecture
on the topic: “From Data to Decisions : Data Analytics and

Data Science using Python ”The speaker for the session was
Dr Mohamed Iqbal ,assistant professor, SSN College of
Engineering, Chennai on 5th Feb 2026 at the Conference Hall,
